before shipping charges and sales tax. State sales tax is only collected in Florida and Ohio.
If you are tax exempt and tax was collected, please fax your valid tax exempt or resale certificate to

How to Order
Ordering Online Using Our Secure Shopping Cart
At ProductShipToday.com™ we offer an easy-to-use, secure online "shopping cart" ordering experience.
You can browse for products by clicking on 'Products' at the top of the page, then 'Categories' or 'Manufacturers' links will appear. Products will display sorted in alphabetical order.
You may also search for an item by entering part of the name, manufacturer, part number or a short
description of the item in the 'Search' box. Hint: If you enter a description, start with a general
term, such as Cable. You will can continue to add words to the search phrase such as
Monitor Cable to narrow your search until the products you want are displayed.
The shorter the search phrase, the more broad your search results will become.
If you add too many words, you may not see any search results.
When you see something that you would like to buy just click 'Add to Cart'. Then just continue browsing.
You can check the total for your order instantly by clicking the "Shopping Cart"
link at the top of the page. This will show all items that you have selected and added to your cart.
Each item will display the manufacturer, product name, product number (SKU) quantity,
price each, and total price by item as well as the order sub-total.
You can also change quantities by overwriting the current quantiy and clicking the 'Update' link.
Your cart will be saved for up to 3 days and any items that sell-out will be removed automatically.
To complete your order once you have finished selecting and adding products to your cart, just
click the "Checkout" button at the bottom of the 'Shopping Cart' page. This will start the checkout
process where you will enter billing and shipping information, and payment method. We will automatically
send an order confirmation to you at the email address that you provide, and your order will be processed
for same day shipping if received by 3pm. Orders received after 3pm will be shipped the next business day.

Product Warranty
Every product sold by Product Ship, LLC is brand new and is sold backed by the full manufacturer's warranty. The product warranty for each manufacturer varies. We will replace or repair any product sold by us which proves to be defective according to the stated manufacturer's warranty. The consumer is responsible for any shipping costs,
both to and from Product Ship, LLC, which are not covered by the manufacturer's warranty policy. Alternatively, you may return a defective product directly to the manufacturer or to it's authorized repair station for repair or replacement.
PLEASE NOTE: The manufacturer's warranty does not cover any product or part which has been subjected to misuse, abuse, modification, negligence or accident, nor does it cover any product which is used for any purposes other than that for which it is intended as stated in the specific manufacturer's product information literature.
